If you have purchased our app directly on our websites and were offered the money-back option during checkout, you may qualify for a refund if you did not see measurable results with our program, provided that the following conditions are met:
* You reach out to us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription period ends; and
* You have actively engaged with our program, completing (i) at least 7 consecutive days of the program within the first 30 days for monthly and longer subscription periods, (ii) at least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days for 4-week subscription periods, or (iii) at least 5 consecutive days within the first 7 days for weekly and biweekly subscription periods; and
* You can demonstrate your commitment to the program by providing app screenshots showing the completion of a specific number of workout or meditation sessions based on your subscription period.
We will assess your application and inform you of the outcome through email or another suitable communication method.
General refund rules
While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not entirely content with our services, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined in this policy.
Typically, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-back Guarantee, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise specified herein or as required by applicable law. Additionally, certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and approved at our discretion.
Refunds are generally only applicable during the subscription period. Requests for a refund after the subscription period has lapsed will not be honored.
Note for residents of certain US states:
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase within the specified timeframe, we will reimburse your payment.
Note for EU residents:
As a consumer in the EEA or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of services. However, if the purchase is for a single item of digital content, you expressly agree that immediate access voids your right of withdrawal. By signing up for our service provided on a continuous basis, you expressly consent to immediate supply of such service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will proportionately deduct the service provided before your withdrawal from the refund amount.
