This Referral Program (“Program”) is established to reward current Grishana users (referred to as “Referrers”) for inviting new users (referred to as “Referees”) to subscribe to Grishana’s mobile applications, websites, and related services (referred to as the “Service”) using a unique referral link. Participation in the Program is governed by these Terms & Conditions (“Referral Program Terms”).

By participating in the Referral Program, both Referrers and Referees confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as well as the Service’s Terms and conditions of use. It is encouraged that participants fully comprehend these terms before participating.

Referrers are required to share their personalized referral link, which is provided within the web or mobile versions of the Service. The link can be shared directly with the Referees or via email after providing necessary information. Referrers must ensure that they have explicit consent to share friends’ email addresses with the Service, as per applicable laws.

Referees must access the Service through the referral link and purchase a subscription to the Service at a discounted rate for the initial subscription period.

The Referee must use the referral link to purchase a subscription for the Referrer to be eligible for rewards. Rewards are issued after the Referee’s first subscription renewal by sending an email to the Referrer.

Referrers and Referees must be 18 years or older. The Referrer’s account must be in good standing at the time of reward issuance. Referral links are exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are not eligible for the Program.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits. Distribution of referral links in public forums or as spam is not allowed. Reward processing may take a specific number of weeks following the Referee’s first subscription renewal.

Grishana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. These Referral Program Terms are an integral part of the Terms and conditions of use.
